I always go back and forth between counting calories and just paying more attention to my own body signals: am I hungry? How much should I eat? I eat very healthily and exercise nearly every day, no matter which technique I use I usually hover from 128-130 lbs, I'm 5' 5". I'd really like to get down to 125! I drink lots of water too. Hoowww?
Maybe you restrict too much on your calories. A body needs nutrition to actually burn fat. Or maybe you’re not cutting your calories enough to lose weight. Try cutting 500 calories from your maintenance! :)
