Protein!! Everything that has protein is good for you and will help you gain weight the healthy way and it fills you up. Lean meat/fish/nuts, but also diary products. Don’t forget your fiber intake though, whole wheat products, fruit, veggies. Make sure you eat at least 3 portions of fruit everyday, and go for banana’s instead of strawberries. If you’re having trouble eating that much you could always drink a whey protein shake with your meals :) Good luck!
